A credit card OR deposit is required to hold all appointments. This credit card is ONLY CHARGED IF you fail to follow our cancellation/reschedule policy. You can check out at the time of your appointment with your choice of payment.

If you have scheduled with us before, please bear with us! You will need to create a new log in and may be prompted to fill out updated forms. PLEASE be patient with us. We are hoping overall this will bring a smoother booking experience for all!

What is your Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Booking Online with an In Store Gift Certificate
All appointments scheduled online will require a Credit Card to hold the spot. You will be able to pay for your appointment with your gift certificate when you are checked out in the spa. The Credit card to hold your appointment will only be used in the case that you are charged a late cancel/late rescheduling fees. If you would like to hold your appointment with your gift card rather than a credit card, you will have to call during spa hours and schedule over the phone (or in person).
Booking a Couple's Massage Online
If you want to schedule a couple's massage online you will need to:
- Make sure that you book 2 appointments.
- First add a Family member to your online account.
- Next schedule a "Person 1 - Couple's service" for yourself.
- Next schedule a "Person 2 - Couple's service" for your family member.
- Make sure both appointments are at the same TIME AND DATE
- Make sure both services are for the same length of time.

We do accept Spafinders and Spaweek!
Spafinder and Spaweek gift cards are not accepted with any other discount, promotion, special offer or membership prices. Also, not accepted the month of February. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call. 757-515-5156
Scheduling a session without leaving a credit card
If you are uncomfortable leaving your credit card information you can stop in to book your appointment. You will need to pay 50% of the service to reserve a future spot.
If you don't want to pay in advance, you can attempt to walk in for an appointment or call before you come, to see if we have availability. *All walk ins are first come first serve, if we do have availability.

To save time please have service intake forms and waivers completed online and submitted before you arrive for your appointment.
If you are a returning client: If you are receiving a service you have yet to receive at a previous visit, you will need to fill out an intake form from the links below for each NEW service you get.

If you are a new client and you are receiving services other than a massage service, You will need:

- All other forms are listed below, and will have a link in your appointment notification email & confirmation email. Please get all service forms submitted at your earliest convenience.
Upon arrival: After you have submitted all forms you can:
- Come on in, we will get you checked in once all forms are filled out.
Our receptionist will check to be sure you have filled out each form that was sent to you and will then let your therapist know you have arrived.
You are not required to wear a mask but can if you choose too. Our staff continues to wear masks as we are in very close quarters with several people through out the day.
The sooner you submit your forms the better!
