Paradise Found Massage & Day Spa strives on a daily basis to provide clients a relaxing, friendly environment they can rely on to have exceptional therapists and technicians EVERY time they visit!
Paradise Found Massage and Day Spa guarantees their therapists and technicians an ethical environment to share their passion of healing through their unique, expert skills.
You will always receive the full time of the service you requested. We don't take time from your service for the intake or preparation. However, for us to guarantee this, arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time to fill out any intake forms that may be necessary for your services. This way your service can start on time, and we can keep our day on schedule! If you arrive late for your appointment, that time may be deducted from your service and you will be charged for the full service. A credit card is required to hold all appointments, we DO NOT charge this card unless you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance. In this case half the price of your service will be charged to your card. To help you understand the reason for this, here is the explanation. When you schedule an appointment we dedicate that time to YOU and a therapist/technician is assigned to only YOU. They are truly expecting you and set up to give YOU the absolute best service. If you do not give sufficient time for them to get a different appointment, they lose out on that time all together. So please understand it is not enforced to punish you, it is to ensure our deserving therapists/technicians are compensated for their time.
Paradise Found Massage & Day Spa was established by Teena Martin. Teena is a Hampton Roads Local. She Graduated from Granby High School and while unsure of what she wanted to be when she grew up she decided to attend Virginia School of Technology. There she received her certificate for Massage Therapy and was then licensed through the Nursing Board. Over the 8 years of working for local spas she attended TCC and ODU to earn her Bachelors in Business Management. Having a mother who had her own local business, Teena was taught her work ethics and how an honest business should be run. None of the spas she came into paths with aligned with those ideologies. Her expectations and visions for a quality spa were a combination of two main ideas; To exclusively provide the highest quality in services to clients by staffing only the best therapists and technicians in the area. And, to provide therapists and technicians an ethical environment to pursue their passion in which the company appreciates the role their skills and talents have in the success of the business. In her 8 year search Teena was not able to find one place in the Hampton Roads area that shared either of these visions, let alone both. Needless to say, when the opportunity presented itself to open up shop, there wasn't a second thought.
