Licensed Massage Therapist
We are looking to add to our awesome team. Therapist must be able to perform multiple modalities of massage including relaxation, therapeutic, hot stone, pre-natal, deep tissue, etc.
You must be passionate about your job and personable. We prefer someone who is looking for a long-term employment situation. All applicants must be dependable and punctual.
Massage Therapy positions- optional:
Employee Position:
- You receive a W-2, so you do not have to worry about figuring out quarterly taxes!
- Get paid hourly for downtime (non service hours).
Independent Contractor Position:
- You receive a 1099 and handle your own business taxes
- Paid Commission = % per service + tips.
Criteria- Massage Therapy school and impeccable massage skills. A physical massage test out is required and will be part of the hiring process.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time - Current Shifts Available - Tuesday-Sunday: Morning-Afternoon &/or Afternoon-Evening
- Employee Position ~ Hourly: $12.77/non service hour to $45.00 / service hour Plus tips.
- Paid for time with no appointments.
- Independent Contractor Position ~ Hourly: $21 to $45 Plus tips
- Paid per service.

What We’re Looking For:
A Licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 1 full year of hands-on experience working in a professional spa environment (outside of school) performing both waxing and facial services.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must be confident and fully capable of performing waxing and facial services independently, without additional training.
Applicants without the required experience will not be considered.
Position Overview:
This role begins as an on-call position, with the opportunity to grow into a part-time or full-time schedule as your clientele builds (typically within 6–12 months).
On-call means you will have assigned shifts where you are expected to be available. You are only required to come into the spa if you are booked with an appointment during those times.
We do our best to provide advance notice for appointments and offer flexibility—within reasonable boundaries—based on your availability and scheduling needs.
We are flexible with hours, but candidates must have some evening and weekend availability.

Skills Required:

- Maintains detailed and accurate client notes after each service
- Upholds client privacy and professionalism at all times
- Collaborative mindset to support overall spa success
Skills Preferred:
- Eyelash/Eyebrow tinting and henna
- Knowledge of Skin Script RX products
- Knowledge of Circadia products
- Experience with Esthemax HydroJelly® masks
Pay:
- $12.77 – $36.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
- Tiered pay structure
- Biweekly direct deposit
Additional Earnings:
- Commission on services
- Tips
- Commission on retail product sales
(Please note: listed hourly range does not include tips or retail commission.)
