Therapist must be able to perform multiple modalities of massage including relaxation, therapeutic, hot stone, pre-natal, deep tissue, etc. You must be passionate about your job and personable. Front Desk Receptionist
Part time
Part time to start, hours can be expected to expand upon our hiring of more service providers.
Responsibilities include:
- Exceptional customer service. You will be the first interaction between Paradise Found and New & Existing clients, your positive energy will be so important to us!
- Gently and professionally communicating and upholding spa policies with our clients.
- Spa Laundry.
- Cleaning.
- You will be expected to become familiar with our services to inform new inquiring clients.
- Miscellaneous office tasks.
Skills required:
- Former Reception experience.
- Focus and Critical thinking.
- Multitasking.
- Strong communication skills are essential for this role to maintain a calm, confident, and welcoming environment for both clients and team members.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and learning new software quickly (experience with scheduling systems is a plus).
- You will be trained to work with our scheduling system to schedule appointments and enter data.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
Schedules:
Extremely Part Time: As we hire more service providers the number of regularly scheduled hours may be expected to increase.
We need someone with flexibility to cover shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening hours.
We are looking for someone who has good focus, is reliable and punctual.

Licensed Esthetician
Employee or Contractor Position Available
What we are looking for:
A Licensed Esthetician. Must have no less than 1 full year of on-the-job experience working in a Spa Environment performing Waxing and Facial services. Candidate must be highly capable of performing waxing services and facials with no training.
Our esthetics department is in the early stage of developing. While we have all the supplies for you to be successful, we need someone who is motivated, has the flexibility, the time, and the drive to build clientele. You must be passionate about your skill and making people feel comfortable in their skin.
We, at Paradise Found, have a culture of defining beauty as more natural and organic, while embracing anyone who does not feel the same. However, it is important to us your definition of beauty aligns with ours.
You must be personable, dependable and punctual.
Team players are a must! Being comfortable lending a hand to other team members and being a part of keeping our spa environment clean and comfortable is part of the job description!
Position:
The position will start as on-call, with potential for full-time based on client growth, typically within 6-12 months. Once clientele is steady during shift hours, we would like to make this more of a full-time position. We are flexible with hours but would prefer a candidate who has some evening and weekend availability.
We offer an employee position OR a contractor position.
Skills Required:
- Ability to perform Quality Waxing and Facials with no additional service training.
- No less than one year on the job experience working as an Esthetician in a Spa Environment.
- Valid Esthetician License.
- Knowledge of skin types and appropriate products for each, in order to perform custom services for what the client's needs are.
- A collaborative attitude is essential as we work together to maintain the spa’s exceptional reputation.
- Maintaining the privacy of the client, and keeping notes after each service, providing a summary of what you did and any findings that may be important, or may apply if the client returns.
Skills Preferred:
- Eyelash/Eyebrow tinting and henna knowledge.
- Knowledge of Skin Script RX Products.
- Knowledge of Circadia Products.
- Knowledge of Esthemax HydroJelly® masks.
Pay:
Start pay is tiered and is determined by skill/experience level.
Pay is Biweekly, direct deposited.
The Salary listed includes Hourly pay and commission on services. (Tips & Commission on Skin Care products you sell are not included in the listed salary in this Job description)
While we do not pressure you to sell our facial products, (We don't pressure our clients to do anything!) we do offer a commission for skin care products you sell! - There is room to make much more than hourly pay listed above.
