All of our massages are strictly professional and follow all ethical laws. We do not provide any services that are not listed on our website. Here are general descriptions of the types of massage we offer. While all massages have therapeutic effects we have tried to break them into categories to better provide your specific needs. If you are still unsure of what you may need for your appointment goals, our therapists will be happy to discuss this with you during your appointment intake.
Cupping - Now Available!
An ancient form of alternative medicine that uses special suctioning cups, applied by your therapist, to areas contributing to pain, discomfort or unbalance. Promotes pain relief, blood flow, relaxation and overall well-being. (Limited Staff availability: Can only be scheduled with Ebony, Chris, or Megan)

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is what most would refer to as "regular massage". This massage is geared more toward relaxation than a "therapeutic" modality. Pressure can vary anywhere from light, medium, or firm, depending on what your preference is. Express what areas bother you the most, or where you hold your stress and you and your therapist can come up with the routine that will be most beneficial for your concerns.

Hot Stones Massage
Hot Stones Massage is the ultimate relaxation experience. The stones are very smooth and warmed to a temperature that is just right! They are incorporated into the traditional Swedish massage style. Similar to regular massage, every therapist has their own style, so your experience may vary with therapists.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is recommended for a specific issue. (ex. injuries, pains) You can think of it in the realm of Physical Therapy. We are not physical therapists, but we are capable of relieving pain that is caused by injuries or over use. In some cases, believe it or not, your daily pain can be fixed with massage therapy. Whether your pain is chronic, a newer issue, or an intermittent issue you, will be doing yourself a huge favor by adding therapeutic massage to your self care routine.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is recommended for experienced massage clients. It is considered more of a therapeutic massage. Deep tissue massage is not necessary to get therapeutic results and may leave you sore for some days after. If you're unsure whether you need or want deep tissue, feel free to speak with your therapist about this when they are inquiring about your goals for your session. It should be noted, that contrary to most beliefs, HEAVY PRESSURE is not necessary for a deep tissue massage.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is also a therapeutic massage but, a lot of the time, will have some stretching incorporated into the routine. This is geared towards, but not limited to, athletes or avid gym goers.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is for pregnant women whom will always benefit from relaxation. It can be customized to your problem areas or just a general relaxation massage. Pre-natal massage can be beneficial in all trimesters, however if you have had a miscarriage in the past we suggest you wait until your second trimester.

Couples Massage
Our Couples Massage is a fantastic way to make a memory with your favorite person. You and one other person will each choose the massage that best suits your individual needs, and will be in one of our relaxing rooms set up with two massage beds. You can book a couples massage on our website - when doing so you'll need to know which massage (of the listed massage types above) each of you wants to receive and choose the couples massage that includes 1 of each of those.
$5 per person in addition to the price of the massage type you each choose.
