Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy-

We ask you to give us 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, if you fail to do so you will be charged half the price of your scheduled services. 

On Friday, February 8 - Sunday, February 17 our cancellation/rescheduling policy will be extended to 48 hours.

Why do we charge to reschedule or cancel?

We want to educate our clients a little about behind the scenes, in hopes that you will understand the service industry a little better. Our therapists get paid per service. If you schedule a 1 hour massage this takes 1 hour of the therapists shift. We cannot book more than one client at a time for a therapist, for obvious reasons. Therefore, any other client that tries to get the specific time you have, is turned away. When you cancel or even reschedule that is a loss of pay for that therapist. No therapist would be able to make a living if people could just cancel their appointments all the time. (And it does happen a lot) So, we charge half the price, which we think is more than fair, as a majority of Spas charge 100%. Though we think the therapist deserves the full amount, we do understand things happen.

What if I don't ever want to pay a fee or leave my credit card?

No problem, if you are going to be upset for being charged or even have issue with us taking your credit card, you still have options. 

We take Walk-ins! (If a therapist is available)

You are more than welcome to try to walk in! If we have a therapist available at the time then we will take you for your service. We do not guarantee that we will have a space for you, but if you don't want to take a chance of getting charged for missing or moving an appointment this is going to be your best option!

Another idea!

Rather than just showing up for an appointment and being turned away because we don't have any appointments available, you can give us a call before you want to come in and we will let you know what the schedule is looking like. We can never guarantee a spot without taking a credit card, but you can certainly gain a better idea if we might have something available for you.
